[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking to get organized and do it neatly the Staples Print & Apply Label Dividers are extremely helpful and easy to use. As a busy working mom of three young kids I need something fast and understandable to get organization done. The template that comes with the product makes it quick and simple to add your own font and flair to the labels and applying them is a breeze. I used these to get my professional and personal files created and set up and can now find my important documents quickly. The pre-print practice sheet included helps to make sure you are printing properly and on the correct line and the labels themselves worked wonderful with my printer. The only problem I ran into was not waiting long enough for the ink to dry on one of my labels and having a little of the print smeared. The best thing was how easy these labels were to use and how well they adhered to the dividers and can’t wait to finish creating the rest of my organization system!

Worked just as intended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dividers worked great for separating different categories of paperwork I needed to organize in both a 3-ring notebook and in folders as well. The labels were good quality and easy to apply and while I just wrote the categories on each tab they wouldn't be hard to print either using the included template available online. The somewhat plastic-like material makes me think these will hold up well over time as well and not rip out too easily. Overall for a basic way to divide pages at a glance these do the job very well!

Unexpectedly Great Product

I needed to label tabs for my presentation binders for the hospital. I followed the easy to use directions and my labels turned out absolutely perfect. I had zero issues printing and they turned out perfect! What I like most about these labels was how easy they were to use. Great product and will definitely be buying more for my next event:

Folder Labels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The labels were a blue and nicely packaged. They were not bent or damaged by mail traffic. The overall appearance was sleek and professional. The labels work well with my printer. The paper flowed easily through the printer and did not have any issues. Just a few clicks for set up and the labels printed shortly after. Recently moved back into my home after Milton and the labels were perfect to reorganize my office files. The labels were amazing in putting my office back together. I sincerely appreciate the ease to use them with my printer. The settings were great in the program and did not get caught in the printer. Overall a great product.

Great Idea Ok Execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression of these label dividers is that they are a great idea that is intended to help make labeling dividers quicker but in using them I’ve found the execution is not quite there. First I was unable to utilize the print aspect as when I went to the website the link did not download the template. The photo attached shows where the link took me too. Second after writing on the label myself and attaching them to the dividers the peeling the labels was not as smooth as I would have liked. On several of the labels there was paper left over that I have to remove myself. I used these label in a binders I have to organized my kids school work from grade to grade. Once in the binders the labels functioned great and helped me to find what grade I was looking for quickly which is what I liked most about these label dividers.

Perfect Dividers

I use it for my work and have had great utilization out of it because it has kept my work organization very tidy and neat. I love how simple it is to use and very clean in appearance.

Staples Adehesive Label Dividers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product. I added an extra star because in theory I really like the idea of this. However nothing about this is easy. Trying to find the template on Staples website was not as easy as it should be compared to other label companies. I used the search bar and entered the item number which was also difficult to find on the packaging and it just wasn't super clear even though I did find the template. While entering data into the template you cannot use the Tab button to move to each field. You have to use the mouse which is cumbersome. I entered a column of information and printed. The print settings were automatically set to Landscape. The data printed in columns however the stickers need to be applied horizontally so I couldn't apply the labels using the strip. Maybe this was my fault but the directions were not clear. For round two I deleted my data and entered it all horizontally. Success!! Until I went to remove the stickers and blue non-adhesive strip from the backing. The paper backing on the adhesives is much too thin/cheap feeling and when trying to peel the adhesive label strips the paper separated and a thin layer of paper remained on the label (think cheap children's stickers!). One label came off completely when trying to peel the backing and then I had to manually apply that single sticker to the divider. Which in turn smudged the ink. (See photo) I did my best and moved on. When applying the strip of labels to the divider the individual labels didn't separate from the blue strip as easily as it should. I had to press down on each label and secure it to the divider so that the blue non-adhesive strip could peel away. I also wish the paper/cardstock for the dividers themselves were heavier. I tested this product with personal files with the hopes to use these for work but this process was all too time consuming and messy. It's just easier to hand write the data! I will not be taking the time to finesse the process and continue to use these....it defeats the whole purpose.
