I have this over a residential carpet with a deep pile. The mat dents and the casters get caught in the digits as badly as if it’s on the carpet only.

Arrived with a crack at the edge of the mat because Staples rolled it up and then used packing tape to deliver. Additionally the tape was difficult to remove and left a residue that is picking up dirt -- so the mat constantly looks dirty.
