In use daily for approx. 3 months and have had no problems with this mat. It's durable and has not discolored.

I can't really say anything about this product because I haven't had it very long. the last time I bought this product was five years ago. I have berber carpet and a light weight office chair. at this time it seems ok.

The mat is neat looking and functional. It is also one expensive piece of plastic but this is what it takes to protect a nice floor.
