The mat is to thin and slides around to much. The daek chair has rollers and they sink in the mat

Nice and thick but too slippery

Bought this to replace a high-pile (3/4") mat which cracked and disintegrated after almost 3 years. This one is larger in area (which I didn't need) and thicker. Of course chair wheels dent it but less than thinner products. There's no way to tell yet how long it will last. Previous product had a roughened surface for traction but this one is almost completely smooth on top with only slight pebbling. This makes for treacherous footing in stocking feet.

I wish it had been[...] "unrolled". I ended up with a pretty bad bruise on my leg trying to unroll it. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the product. It does dimple a bit but not enough to make it difficult to roll the chair.

On my floor for about a week now seems to be OK for the minimum use I give it in my office--about 3 or less hours per day.
