Very stable. Does not "walk" on carpet. The small spikes on the underside keep the mat in place very well.

Serves it purpose but begins to fall apart faster than would like it to. Almost better to spend more money up front on a product than having to replace multiple of the same item from same average daily use

The picture listed the lip to go under the desk as 20" when it arrived the lip was actually 25".

The mat is thick enough to protect my hard wood floors. It doesn't slide around and is very easy to clean. It comes rolled up so you have to lay it out and let it sit for a bit to flatten out. I have no complaints and it's better than some much more expensive mats I've had. it does the job it's designed for. no complaints here.
