Delivered with a hole/crack in it

The mat was delivered with a hole/crack in the lip of it. It doesn't interfere with the chair movement. I did not return it too much of a hassle but I am disappointed.

Should have gotten the deep pile mat

We just moved into a new place and needed mats for our carpeted office space. I chose this one to save a few bucks over the deep pile mats because I thought it would still be OK. It works but moves around more than we like. Another issue was that when it was delivered it was very cold and we did not notice that one corner had shattered from the cold. It's still very useable but be aware to check before the driver leaves. Since we had not we felt we could not prove it was that way when it arrived. Otherwise a good product but not for our deep carpet.

A mat for all seasons

Recently I purchased an office plastic floor mat to replace on I had bought over five years ago. The mat was not the most expensive one offered but it does the job for which it was indented quite well. Over the years I suspect it will wear much as its predecessor did. As its primary job is to protect the carpet I imagine it is a good investment as mats are much cheaper to replace than carpet and far less troublesome. Would I recommend this particular mat for someone with similar intentions as to its purpose? Most assuredly I would. What I really appreciated was the speed in which it was delivered to our home. Within 2 days this gigantic package arrived which confused me a bit prior to opening the package as I am not accustomed to such rapid service. The only downside was recycling the cardboard wrapping as it was quite extensive. Hopefully all goes well and five or six years from now I replace it the mat with its child probably made from a material which will resist presently unknown perils. I should add that the mat is also appreciated by my office chair which now rolls with its previous efficiency. It always good to keep all of your tools happy as I call upon them to deliver extended service. Therefore I suggest that if you need a protection for your carpet this mat will more that meet your needs.

Nice Chair Mat

Bought 2 of them so my husband could move from his desk to his model table in his new chair he got for Christmas. Works great on the low pile carpet we have in that room. Mats are a nice quality heavy weight appear to be durable. We purchased one a few years ago for our laptop under desk and chair. Looks brand new and so we knew this would be a good purchase for us. You need mats when you have desk chairs sliding on floors or carpet that's why offices use them. We purchased them on a nice sale with Staples delivered very quickly we are more than pleased with them!

Rubbermaid Chair Mat

This chair mat was just what we wanted and the price was right. Had a % off coupon that made it really work. Recently refinished the hard wood floor in my office space at home. Did not want to be running the chair wheels over the new finish. Initially used an area rug but that did not work. This mat is perfect. Width and length were just right and the lip on the edge allows an easy "recovery" if I rolled too far to the back or either side. Highly recommend this mat to anyone looking to protect a hard wood surface.
