Good product

Not the most heavy-weight expensive mat I've ever used but certainly a good enough one for my home office use and for the price. I do like the slightly beveled edge which makes it easy to roll your chair on and off the mat. Only thing I will change for the next order will be to get the next larger size: this one requires remembering to keep the chair on the surface and even in my small space that makes a difference.

We have had no issues with the chair mat the only issue we had is that it was taped up too well and there's sticky residue on the top of the mat in some places.

Does the job but not particularly durable. I bought this to replace another one which I bought a couple of years ago. That one (which I think was the same or a similar model) had apparently dried out and was badly deteriorating. Description is confusing and misleading. It states: "Protects carpets up to 3/8" thick including padding" but then says "just right for low pile carpets with 0.75" padding". Obviously 3/4" padding cannot be included in a total thickness of 3/8"!

I could get better service by laying a piece of cardboard under my desk. To thin won't stay in place seems to have a mind of its own and its totally useless. When I get an opportunity I will throw this away and start searching for something better

Too soon for a complete

Too soon for a complete review. So far it is doing the job although it dents easily but without any signs of cracks in the mat.

Carpet chair mat

There are several things I like about this chair mat. One is the size which is very adequate and it doesn't move on my floor. I am overweight and the mat is like many others in that when my chair sits in one place for a while the rollers on my chair have depressions that I have to move the chair up and out of. I fear that this chair mat will be like all the others I have ever used and develop 'spider web' cracks all over where the chair sits most often and will need to be replaced. I will see! If it does this product does have a guarantee. which I will use. This chair mat cost enough so I hope Staples honor's this guarantee.

mat is nice but when it was delivered it did not come flat which was a little annoying. Had to put something heavy on top of it over night
