The bag of rubber bands was purchased at a reasonable price. The ones that I have used are all pretty stretchy. Some were broken but not many. Even those would stretch and then snap back when released. Overall they perform as expected for your average rubber band. Who knew?

I think my title says it all -- a half-pound bag would have been plenty. Good rubber bands but would like to have had a smaller package.
