These will be used for securing boxes for missions specifically Operation Christmas Child which sends packages to children in impoverished countries worldwide. We are supposed to secure the boxes with 2 rubber bands to keep them closed yet accessible so they can do a final check of contents later in the shipping process. Last year we had some skimpy rubber bands that broke and flew all over the place so I'm determined that won't happen this time as we complete our packing in November. I'll probably need to buy another package so we have enough. These are holding up well strong but stretchy.
