I generally love Chai, but this one is just not good. It tastes watery on the regular setting, and when I brew it on the "strong" and/or smaller 6 oz. setting, it punches up the flavor, but it's not a good flavor. It tastes very bitter, like it only has the clove, not any of the other Chai spices. Won't buy this one again.
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love all types of teas, and this one is no exception!!! It is perfectly balanced, and has just the right amount of spices, without being bitter, like the Twining's Chia tea (that I recently tried, thinking it would be just as good, and was sorely mistaken)! So I will continue to use this one instead. You won't be disappointed with this Celestial Chia!
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Good Balance Of Spices
I'm looking for a replacement tea for a favorite no longer available & thought i'd try this one. Wow, what a horrible choice. Wasn't even able to finish a full cup. Oh well, the search go's on.
This tea blends perfectly with the Cafe Escapes Chai Latte 1 for 1. The Chai Latte on its own is too sweet and weak. Blending it with the Indian Spice Chai evens out the sweetness and adds the perfect boost to the flavor.
Not the best 'chai' flavoured tea around but it is adequately spicy without being bitter or too strong. It is lacking something compared to other renditions, such as Twinnings. Perhaps too much cinnamon and not enough cardamom?
