Well-made mat, but zero grip on hard floors

On the positive side, the construction of this chair mat is top-notch. It’s thick, sturdy, and the lip provides great coverage right under the desk where my feet rest. Unfortunately, its functionality is ruined by how easily it slips. It has no grip on the bottom, so it constantly drifts out of place whenever I move my office chair. If you don't mind adding your own double-sided tape or non-slip backing underneath, the quality is good-otherwise, it's a bit frustrating to use.

I guess I underestimated the thickness of my carpet because the chair leaves divots so it is NOT easy to roll. I do like the size, it fits perfectly in the odd shape I have to deal with. I need to order one made of glass.

This particular mat is supposed to handle 200+ but I am going to have to take it back before it breaks. It seems very thin for that weight, and it feels like the chair feet will break through just like the previous mat. The last one lasted a long time. I and the chair are not that much over 200
