Good Product Ship Process Not Good

Product is good....Arrived in too large of a container...all knarled up!! No directions...I knew to put it in the sun and allow it to settle flat. No instructions to that effect.

Inferior plastic

About 6 months is all you can expect out of this before it starts cracking. Planned obsolesence. I have to replace it about every 6 months and I am not overweight.

Save your money

I have this over a thin indoor/outdoor carpet over a concrete floor and it is really to thin for smooth rolling. It is much thinner than the previous ones I had. Could not imagine using it over Berber carpet as it would be very wavy and hard to move around your chair. I would return it but frankly it's not worth the effort but if you want a good solid chair mat this it not it. Over priced for what you get. One plus is the size is good.

Mats do not meet expectations!

While we are usually very happy with our Staples purchaes this is not the case this time. We purchased these chair mats based on the description for a short shag carpet. They were supposed to be heavy duty. They constantly move on the floor and the chair casters sink into them. We have to adjust their location several times each day.

Everything I Hoped For!

I was concerned with if it would stay in place on a vinyl floor. It has been great. Chair glides easily over it with no shifting of the mat at all. The price was fair and their will be no marred tiles. I am very pleased.
