My husband wanted a carpet mat for the floor under our computer chair. I was not in favor of this but this is a nice and heavy one and it doesn't bunch up under the chair. works great. protects the floor from wheel marks as well as skuffs from your shoes.

Soft Mat

After about 12 years I had to replace the office chair mat to protect the rug. This replacement was priced right but it's a lighter softer product which suffers "dents" from the chair wheels and the weight of the chair alone. I don't expect it will last long before the material weakens and cracks and I break the mat while sitting in the chair. I'm 180 lbs. This Staples brand (Quill) product meets the price point but not the quality I expected. I feel let down.

Great Chair Mat

Just had hardwood floors installed so I picked up a chair mat in the store but it was too small for the space. I was skeptical about ordering a mat online - thought it would be creased or rolled up (it wasn't). The mat is perfect! It's the right size lays completely flat and is very transparent - showing off my brand new floors! It is just the right thickness - I couldn't be happier.

Chair Mats

We purchased two chair mats one for a hard surface and one for carpet. Both mats work great on the surfaces they were put on. It is now much easier to roll around while sitting at the desk. It was definitely worth the money to buy these mats as they will probably last a long time and protect our flooring too. We would recommend these mats to anyone that is considering purchasing a chair mat. Staples has a really good selection of chair mats and a wide range of prices available for them.
