For the price this chair mat held up for a long time. We have purchased less expensive mats only to have them fall apart quickly. Very happy with the quality of the product.

I have bought this mat a few times seems to lasts about 6 months before starts to crack. It is great until that point however I am disappointed on how the price on all mats seems to be steadily going up and up.

Satisfied with this product. Got this for my children's room. Just as an advise review the location where this is to be placed. In my case the lip option was a bit difficult to use given that the child's (small) desk was partially above the chairmat making it a bit unstable at first. After a bit of adustment we now have the issue managable. A square shape would be have worked much better but it was just my oversight.
