Staples Made It Right

The first one of these we received was warped scuffed and dirty. We let it sit on a flat suface for a couple of weeks...still warped. Then piled on heavy books to try to flatten it fo a couple more weeks...still warped. We finally called customer service. They were wonderful! Immediately sent a replacement which is flat clean and not scuffed. It is exactly as described and seems to be high quality. It fits our home office desk set up perfectly. We think the first one was actually the wrong item this one is exactly what we had ordered. Look mistakes happen but we give Staples credit for quickly making it right once they were notified of a problem. This is why we continue to purchase from them.

It's a bit small compared to the other ones I've used but that doesn't worry me. Can't vouch for how long it will last but compared to my last one if I get a couple years out of it I'm happy.

Does what it is supposed to do. Protects our wood floor does not mar it no glare mostly clear and can even cut to fit with sharp utility knife. Be careful you don't cut yourself! Note that will void warranty and return.

It's great at first. But within a couple uses the chair wheels make dents in the plastic and you can't remove them or change position. The mat determines where the chair is. Then it's difficult to roll chair without effort.
