Mat is not as firm as I would like it to be. Chair rollers make indents in it as it Chair is moved across the mat. Indents do not appear to be permanent.

The packing tape used to ship the Chairmat stuck to the product and could not be removed with acetone cleanser goof off vinegar or other removers rendering the chair mat un-usable.
