I only gave it a 3 because it didn't work. I needed something that would work on a thick carpet with a thick pad and this mat was not stiff enough.....never found one that was....built my own alternative

The chair mat works well on carpet and is adequate for my desk and chair area. However the price is extremely expensive for a mat. I had mine delivered and the delivery was very quick.

THE PAD IS TOO THIN. WHEN YOU SIT IN THE CHAIR THE WHEELS DEPRESS INTO THE MATERIAL AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO MOVE THE CHAIR. LIKE WHAT YOU PAY FOR YOU GET. QUALITY DOES NOT COST IT PAYS. I KNOW BETTER.
