This is a great 2 drawer file cabinet. It's low enough to be placed under a window and it's low enough so that it doesn't tip over. The drawers open/close smoothly and the locks work fine too.

These cabinets were OK but do not match the picture in the ad. I do not like that the actual cabinets do not have painted drawers as seen in picture. If it was not such a pain I would have returned them.

I have not had this filing cabinet very long. It seems to be sturdy. It has all the basic features. This is my third filing cabinet in 25 years and I hope this one will last me the rest of my life. Previous to this I have bought on sale from Target and I put too much weight in the drawers and break them. I am hoping for better with this one. It came fully assembled.

We bought this to replace one that was damaged and oh my goodness this is awesome. So smooth and quiet. Has the nice high sides and for a pretty good price!

I have been trying to find a two drawer locking file cabinet and when I saw it on the Staples site I jumped on it and it was delivered the very next day! The lock works great and the cabinet came equipped with everything I needed. The size and color are exactly what I wanted and it fit exactly where I needed it. Staples also provides great coupons and rewards. I will always shop at Staples. Office cleaning coffee home everything I need is on the one stop shop at Staples.com. Always shop there!

Locking Black File Cabinet

I was in need of a locking file cabinet and wanted something that was well made. I found the Staples 2 drawer cabinet on their website and ordered it. The NEXT day it arrived at my door! It was packaged perfectly and when I cut the cardboard off it was ready to go. I was a bit nervous about having this delivered as it is metal and could be dented during shipping but it was in perfect condition. The lock works well and feels well made. I would definitely order this again and would recommend this to a friend.
