This is an excellent program that is environmental friendly as well as financial friendly for the purchaser. I can see no difference in my printer quality and have purchased these units for several times.

I my Brother MFC7360N did not reset the drum counter in the way described on the packaging of my remanufactured unit. I called tech support and within 2 minutes they told me how to do that and it worked.

Not sure at first about a re-done drum. After putting it in with new toner cart. machine still blinked drum as being bad. Called support and they were not open had to wait three days to call again. Talked with Becca and had problem solved in less than 2 min.

The Printer is talking to me

I am not sure about the re-manufactured drum. the printer does not seem to understand I have a re-manufactured drum in its guts & is still telling me at least once a day that the drum is ready to expire & I should get it a replacement right away. I thought when I put the new drum in (after following all directions of course) it would be a happy camper. And I have not been able to get to the right page at STAPLES to get a label to send the old drum in to be "Green". SO I'm not sure how I am feeling right now.

Why don''t you have drums in the store? I am a long time cusrtomer bought my monochrome from you and you do not
