I just used my new "True Red" cartridges Black and Tri-Color and I could barely read the print as the letters were almost invisible. Not much use. Stick with HP original.

The 5 star rating is for the expectation that this product will perform as I feel it will. If it does I will be pleased and will purchase in the future. I still have a little ink in my current cartridges so it is just a matter of time until I actually get to try the Staples ink I just purchased as a replacement.

I'm not sure what happened but we don't print enough to run out less than a month after purchasing. We're already replacing the black cartridge. The HP one lasted at least a couple of months.
