I ordered this online because no new ones were available at my local Staples stores (or online either. A staff member said the difference between new and remanufactured cartridges was small but the Tru Red cartridge simply did not work at all. I returned it to a Staples received a refund easily and by then the HP 62XL was available to purchase.

Printer complains about this recycled cartridge constantly. Finally had to give up and install a new HP cartridge. This is HP's fault (greed) not Staples' but given that I don't think it's worth the trouble or the small amount of savings to buy these recycled cartridges.

Black cartridge OK - Color one didn't work at all!

I was very disappointed that I got a black XL cartridge for my HP printer which worked fine but the Tri-Color High Yield cartridge didn't even give me one page of print. It was a total waste and I won't try those again. Money wasted!

cartridge works fine after multiple insertions

Purchased both color and black cartridges 62xl refills to have more ink supply. Printer rejected the cartridges multiple times as empty Hp. The cartridge was finally accepted at the 4th remove/replace. Print looks good and printer completed the calibration process with no issue.
