The cartridge looked exactly the same but the senor strip was different and it would not work on my printer.

At first it worked just fine on our X576dw MFP. Pages were crisp and looked good. Then the pages began having faint areas or portions that didn't print at all. Kept getting progressively worse. I bought a genuine HP and the problem totally went away. Only used about 1/3 of the TruRed before I had to change it out.
