I opened the package and installed it in my HP3830 printer functioning with a black refilled cartridge. When the alignment page printed it was black only it should have included cyan color. I ran through 3 double (deep) printhead cleaning cycles no change. I took the cartridge out wiped the contacts and wiped the ink outlet (and got a schmear) reinstalled with same results on alignment and cleaning. I went to a local store and got a new HP63 cartridge and it worked perfectly.

I'm not sure about this yet. Print was fine didn't notice a difference. BUT it didn't seen to last long at all. Both black and color totally empty (don't think I even got a warning getting low) very quickly. I have to give them another try since the HP is out of stock so we will see how it goes.
