ONLY 1 STAR I purchased this ink cartridge in good faith after being told by the sales associate that it would work perfectly in place of my HP cartridge. Since no other cartridges could be found in the area I took a chance. I now have a TRU RED cartridge that did not work and I am out of the money spent on it. I would highly recommend NOT to purchase the TRU RED in lieu of your printer type.

We have tried using the Tru Red for both of our printers and neither have worked. The printer just keeps saying cartridge is missing. Just go ahead and buy the name brand and save the hassle.
