Bounty towels just purchased are much thinner

I just started a new roll from a recent purchase. I immediately noticed that the towel is much thinner and less absorbent. It now feels like the cheap towels I never liked.
Please fix it ASAP. I really liked the old towels.

Forever Rolls

Such a bummer that you decided to discontinue the Forever Roll. I have bought the Megaroll, but it's not nearly as big as the Forever Roll and the home delivery was great!

Select-a-Size perforation issues

The last SEVERAL packages I purchased of the Select-a-Size towels have consistently had quality control issues.
The towels have been very difficult to tear cleanly.
I will plan to purchase the regular ones in the future and cut them in half, which will be easier. Very disappointing!

Quality Has Gone Downhill

Quality has DRASTICALLY changed for the worse. Was working on a painting project today and while going thru a roll for wiping up excess and general cleanup I noticed how it wasn't standing up to water and general use like it used to. I thought maybe I accidentally bought the cheaper "Essentials" version and checked the packaging - but nope! Then I went online to see if anyone else had the same experience - and yup! Seems like everyone has noticed that Bounty now is as bad as any budget brand. Too bad. We go thru a ton of these weekly and now I will be switching brands after 2 dozen years.

Sizing is purposefully confusing

Bounty needs to stop the sizing bs. If they were a leader in the industry, they would strive to be transparent. At this point, they are not.

Why So Rough and Scratchy?

What has happened to Bounty? I noticed the paper towels started to feel really rough and scratchy at some point during the pandemic. I understand there was a shortage and I understand if corners had to be cut at first in order to ramp up supply. It was so weird because some batches would be nice and soft and other batches would be rough and scratchy. But now? They’re ALWAYS rough and scratchy and I don’t understand why. Store brand paper towels are now noticeably softer than Bounty! What happened?

Please know that we have many quality checks in place to make sure that your towels are in the best possible condition when they leave the plant. We're sorry if this instance didn't measure up. In February, we changed the embossing pattern on our paper towels to help them trap and lock spills better. We didn't change the make up or quality of our towels at all. Decline in quality

I’ve been loyal to Bounty towels for many years but the latest change has significantly declined the quality. It makes it difficult to justify paying the higher the cost over store brands.
