We really like the mat. And the guy at the store was very helpful. They didn't have any mats at the store. So he ordered one and it was delivered the very next day. And no charge for shipping!! That was great!

The mat is fine in and of itself. However it was shipped rolled tightly. It took a lot of effort to unroll the mat. I have had it laying on the floor for several weeks now and the edges still won't lay down. I am afraid I will trip over the edges if I don't remember to pick up my feet. I have had weights and boxes sitting on the edges but they haven't helped much.

I have to admit that this Staples chair mat is much better than expected. Would not be afraid to tell everybody just how nice this product is. Do not really even miss the lip part of this mat. I saved a ton of money too. Free shipping to my door was a great option that I just could not pass up.
