Too flimsy

The mat specifies it is for low pile carpet but with the first use my desk chair casters created indentations in the mat that made it hard to role the chair. The indentations remained after moving the chair and did not come back level even the next day. This mat is just to flimsy to work as a mat on low pile carpet.

The mat was shipped to my home. Difficult to pull out of the narrow box and hard to get positioned on my rug by myself. However once I got it down and weighted it relaxed and is nice and flat. Size is great—my rug is protected and my chair rides smoothly when I work at my desk.

I wold not recommend this chair mat for anything but a Berber type carpet (indoor/outdoor). I have a medium pile and this just doesn't work.
