The chair mat is working well. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because the chair rollers leave indentations on the mat. I weigh 118 pounds and my desk chair is a secretary chair with rollers so there is not a lot of weight. I would not purchase this for my husband who weighs 220 pounds and has a large office chair. The mat does not slide around on the carpet which is good. A big plus was there was no odor when the mat was new.
