Doesn't work w/ Quickbooks Pro Invoices

When I fold an ordinary invoice into 3 for mailing the windows on these envelopes are in the wrong place for the standard Quickbooks Pro invoicing template. Now till I use these up I am having to fold each invoice mail into 4 sections which gives them an accordian look...
