Ordered window envelopes via one-hour pickup at Sandusky Ohio location since they weren't available for delivery. Email & text communications were prompt & detailed. The envelopes were waiting at the Online pickup counter. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would definitely order online from them again!

Bottom Window is Lower than 5/8"

Purchased these according to the description of the windows being in the same place as the current security envelopes that I have to mail checks to vendors. Once I put the check into the envelope the bottom window shows the memo line then I measured the window from the bottom and it is a 1/2" from the bottom of the envelope. disappointed and returned for refund. staples needs to update the correct measurements.

I'm finding that many of the envelopes are not adequately gummed with many having less than an inch of gumming.

Too much glue

There was too much glue in the lower corner of the envelope when it was made. I have to put my finger in there and separate the corner before I can put a check in there. Very time consuming.

Works Just Like an Envelope!

Like the product name says these are envelopes designed for laser-printed checks. They have two transparent windows to reveal two key areas of your check: Your name and return address and the payee's name and address. It's important to remember to place the check with the addresses FACING those windows-- and right-side-up. Of course even a tree stump could figure this out. But apparently the folks at Staples think you're an idiot and asked me to write this review. Hard to believe but here we are!

Poorly cut poorly sized poorly gummed

These envelopes are terrible! The double-window is not cut properly--they are not parallel with the envelope so it appears that the contents are off-kilter. The envelope depth is too snug at 3.625" to accept your check or invoice so you'll find yourself frustrated forcing the documents to fit. (11/3=3.666 for reference). And get some tape since you may need it to properly seal the envelopes for mailing. No. 10 envelope is behind the No.9 for reference in the photo--of course the size of a No.9 envelope is important to keep visible contents from shifting out of the window during mailing but these could still be a smidge deeper.
