stuffs does not close properly. It seems size is lower. I can not use it and planning to return if possible.

I have ordered these envelopes before. For some strange reason these particular envelopes are smaller than previous ones causing us to have to fold the contents awkwardly. I won't be purchasing these again! I will be returning the package that we have not opened.
