Ink had flowed out f the cartridges while in the plastic bags and the cartridges fouled the printer head. Ink everywhere what a mess! Won't buy those again.

The Staples' ink cartridges are NOT being recognized by my Canon Pixma MX922. It happened of course at 9:30 pm while trying to print an important document that I had to send out immediately that night! Shame on Staples for advertising and selling non compatible products.
