I have purchased seeveral of these over the last few years. Excellent design that hold either letter or legal size hanging folders (e.g. Pendeflex). Perfect for storing financial documents. Secure latching mechanism - which most other boxes do not have.

I ordered 4 of these. Upon delivery 2 of the 4 were damaged. After returning all 4 and getting a second shipment I discovered that 1 of the 4 was damaged. I would not recommend this product based on the brittleness of the plastic.

storage boxes ok / GRAY LATCHES BREAK

The file storage boxes are fine.
However when putting on the gray snap close latches the latches break VERY easily.
However when putting on the gray snap close latches the latches break VERY easily.
If ordered online the gray latches come separately.
When attaching to the boxes the little “nibs” that hold the closure latches on the box SNAP OFF very easily.
Then the latching closure won’t stay on the box.
Resulting in a storage box where the lid falls off

returned the product, cheaply made, will not hold up, latches do NOT work. For such a cheaply made product, that cost about $5 to manufacture - bloated/inflated pricing that corp are still "fleecing the American consumer". Corps hate us but they want our money, yet they scam us out of our money, steal from us, commit fraud, inflate prices, etc. Just sooo sick and tired of getting ripped-off by corps that now, 90% of ANYTHING, I purchase is used/2nd hand, any item that is "new", I am purchasing from the UK or DE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality storage for files, papers, etc. Stackable with nice lids. However, I do wish the handles would stay attached a little better. Overall, they are very good and serve their purpose.
