The cartridge was installed with no problems. The printer recognized it as a Brother cartridge immediately and did not raise any flags about it being non-genuine. I had to give only 4 stars because I don't know how long the cartridge will ultimately last. The OEM 3000-page cartridge lasted 20 months. I will add a star if it lasts twice as long.

Not worth the hassle
