installed new cartridge and immediately had a black line on the right side of all of the documents printing. Removed new cartridge and put old one back in and there was no black line on my copies. I am taking the cartridge back to my store for credit or a replacement.

I switched to this toner from the expensive cannon brand and it's been fine. Lasts long and pages come out crisp not smudged and ink isn't light.

Don't belive the printer when it tells you to change it. You have at least 200 more pages to print.

I did plenty of comparison between this brand and the name brand and found out these last a lot longer. Two thumbs up!

I use this printer everyday and the cartridge lasts just as long as the Brand name cartridge! I will continue to purchase the "Green" products as long as they continue to provide excellent service.

It appears to be as good as the higher priced products. Only problem is the printer squeaks now when printing.
