Once in it won’t come out.

Toner is thin grey. Not a good deep black. So I tried to remove the cartridge but it won’t release. So now I am stuck with this thing in my printer and will eventually have to throw away the entire printer because I will wind up breaking something trying to get this cartridge out.

Machine Still Tells Me To Replace Drum

I have used this name brand twice now and both times I have found that it has caused some type of malfunction with my machines (fax and printer). I do not believe I will be purchasing this product brand anymore.
