It laid out easily and the chair moved freely while no one was sitting in it. As soon as I sat in the chair the wheels formed indentations on the mat and made it more difficult to move than if I had been sitting on the carpet.

This is nothing against Staples but the company that mailed this mat to Staples for me needs to learn to use a different kind of tape to wrap the mat up with. After removing the tape all that residue was left on the mat which has made it SO sticky!! I have tried soaking it in Goo Gone alcohol and fingernail polish remover. Nothing has helped much at all. I almost returned it but I desperately needed so I could work from home some what comfortably. Do not recommend ordering if not available in the store!!

This mat is simple & does its job. Yes it did come folded & dusty when delivered. But the instructions say to let it set in room temperature for 24 hours. And after a few days all the wrinkles were straightened out!

This is my 2nd may I purchased from Staples. The 1st one lasted about 5 - 6 years. I like the way it does not slip as others do that I have seen and heard about. Ideal for low pile carpets.

Thick mat that stays secure to carpet

I read the reviews on this mat before purchasing and was still concerned that a plastic mat might move. But this one stays securely to the carpet. My prior floor mat was wood flooring with grip on the back and it moved a lot. This one is very secure. One side of the mat was a bit dented when it arrived (as it was not boxed which was a bit dissappointing) but that dent came out after letting the mat sit for a few days before using it. I like being able to see my carpet under the plastic. I am not oversided in weight so I don't know how this floor mat would hold up to a larger person. I would estimate that anyone less than 200 lbs would probably be okay on it.

This is being used to help with a Hoyer lift for a person with Parkinsons. It works well. I need another one and will order. The aide likes it very much but we need one twice the size so I am ordering another.
