I’’ve been using this mat on a hard floor (not carpet) for several weeks now. It’s Great!! I’ve tested this with 2 different chairs and it hasn’t slid or moved at all. it’s clear and has a slightly textured on top so it doesn’t glare as much as I thought it would. It’s a great purchase!

My desk chair was leaving indentations in my carpet. Therefore I needed the mat to protect my carpet. It does serve the purpose although I would have preferred one a bit thicker. This mat does the purpose but it also is not thick enough to prevent indentation in the mat itself. One just a bit thicker would prevent any indentations. The indentations cause it to be harder to move the desk chair.
