Need to order a new mat

Bought this mat Jan. 2008 and it is April 2010. I should have ordered a new one before now because there are holes which catch the wheels on the chair and I have almost been dumped onto the floor. For the price it should have lasted longer.

Need for chair to roll easily on carpet. This mat does the job. I do wish it was a little thicker.

This product needs to be improved. The Thickness has to be improved. I will not continue to purchase this product in the future.
