Ok product but for the price I expected better. The mat slides little by little but frequently and I often have to reposition it.

Mat started cracking about 2 months after we got it. Staples wouldn't exchange it because i lost my receipt. So now it just cracks and pops whenever I roll on it.

Wish that they would make a mat for a higher pile carpet. I buy a new mat every 6 months.

Mat has plastic odor

Had to take mat and place it outdoors for over a week before taking it into the office for use. The odor from the plastic was severe which initially permeated the office with the odor.

Protects my Oriental rug handsomely

My rolling office chair moves effortlessly over this well-constructed sturdy chairpad and my Oriental rug underneath isn't obscured at all. You can hardly see the protective pad. Looks and works great.
