Light duty carpet protector

There was only one style on display when I was looking to replace an old one did not realize until after I took off the label and used it and went back to look for the torn off label that it was for low pile carpet. I use if over the old thicker carpet protector that cracked from use. I don't expect it to last long but did not feel right to bring it back after I had removed label and used it. It was fairly expensive thought it would be a replacement for the original. The original saves a lot of wear on the carpet but not happy with this purchase.

The mat is just as the name describes "economical". This mat should not be used on carpet unless the carpet is a very low pile like an indoor-outdoor carpet.

my chair still sinks into the rug. if this product were thicker or more rigid think it would be more effective

Great quality

Using this in a home office on low pile carpet but with a thick pad so there is lots of give underneath. The last one I got fell apart after 18 months heavy use. This one is clearly much higher quality and I don't think I'll need to use the life time guarantee it comes with. (Still nice to know it's there.)
