Created a temporary office in my guest room and saw that my desk chair was going to damage the wooden floor. This mat seemed to be the best deal and Staples had plenty in stock. It works really well had minimum curling issues and as an unexpected benefit actually looks great in the space! I would definitely recommend this to others!

Depending on your needs this mat may or may not work for you. In my case as a 200+ pound individual the pressure of me on my chair wheels and then on this mat was a bit too much for smooth operation. Had this mat been 50% firmer I would have kept it as it is attractive but I've opted to return it and will look for something else. It should also be noted that it comes rolled up and impossible to use until it's been flattened out - in my case I put some weights on it for 2 days at which point it was fully unrolled and flat.

Description is VERY misleading

when reading the description for this product it states in numerous locations that it is made of wood. Read the product specs under material............it states "WOOD". It is NOT wood but in fact plastic with a wooden tone to it.

The overall ordering and customer service was fine but the mat was folded up like an accordion when picked up so I now have to place a few heavy items on it to get the hard creases out so I can use it properly. Just disappointed in how the item was given to me.
