Less caffeine is good for my heart rate and I don't feel deprived. I alternate between no caffeine and the half-caff so I can enjoy the third cup in the afternoon.

I love the half-caff option. I have issues with headaches and so my doctor recommended decreasing my caffeine intake. I like that I can still get a small dose of caffeine from this yummy coffee.
