So far I have only used the Cyan cartridge. It seems to work just as trouble-free as the previous (non-remanufactured) cartridges I have used in the past -- this seems to be an economical substitute. I would recommend it's use to other non-commercial users. Not sure about the length of :usability"?

2 of three unopened cartridges were leaking. Filled out claim online as instructed to supplier. They state you will here back within 48 hours so far 72 hours heard nothing yet.
