Can not use this Although it states it is compatible this cartridge does not fit in my printer. Cannot return waste of money.

i gave it one star but the email message would not let me click it.Threw it in the trash after it leaked all over my hands and printer. I did not order it. Staples online replaced the specific Canon cartridges I originally ordered. will not order fro them again!

I could not use the cartridges at all. Ink leaked out all over my hands and papers when I opened the foil packaging for both the black & the color cartridges.

I understand this is recycled ink but I had to re order it twice because it came opened twice. Doesnt print pictures too well and hard to see light printed pages. Judt spend the extra cash for new. Its worth it.

Opened the color just fine no problems. Opened the back toner and it bled all over my fingers and the top tab that does "Do Not Remove this" just fell off! my printer wont even register the black ink cartridge now. :( Waste of money.

Opened up the ink cartridges and the color one had a sponge on the back which had red ink on it and it got all over my hands. Also i had a hard time getting my printer to recognize the cartridges

When I bought 'TRU RED' I bought a black/color combo and later I bought a single black etc. I can't do that anymore. Staples proprietary brand is black/color combos only. Also I didn't find Staples brand XXL. I'm still using new 'TRU RED' XXL. When one or the other runs out I have a Staples XL I'm shopping for XXL combos and singles.
