I ordered a black and color ink cartridges only to find after running 3-4 tests to try and clean the nozzles a test page etc. that the ink isn't printing like it should.

The ink cartridges are extremely difficult to.open and install. I got ink all.over my hands which stained them

This ink works as well as the Canon brand at a nice savings. Have tried other off brands and they usually dont work- this does.

My printer did not accept the cartridge. Despite multiple attempts. I will not repurchase.

This is the first order that I have had problems with. The ink cartridges I ordered was not recognized by my Canon printer. The item description and compatibility was clearly stated on the product and I still had problems. I contacted Customer Svc and they replaced my order. I will need to consider if the cost for a "truely" manufactured items vs a remanufactured is worth the inconvenience.
