continues to print to light

I just finished my 2nd of the 2 pack and both printed light. I tried adjusting the print by changing the printer settings on the printer itself to darker but it didn't help. I also never use the econo mode setting on the software. I use for business and am going back to HP.

Disappointed with the 1st cartridge of a 2 pack. While HP toners printed if anything too dark allowing me to use EconoMode when printing this cartridge prints far too light with no way of compensating. I hope the 2nd toner will be better but next time I'll pay the price for an HP toner cartridge.

print from this cartridge is light and fuzzy. went through all of the troubleshooting steps. still, no bueno. unusable for anything other than punk rock flyers or direct-to-trashcan drafts. a total waste of money. ended up having to buy an HP branded toner that works as expected.
