There were no tabs and you have to glue the cardboard into the bottom of the folder.

Think they do not work that well. It would be better if cardboard to help keep file open on bottom slid into something rather than just being on top

I was not pleased with this brand of folders - next time I will get Pendaflex. The cardboard inserts you put in the bottom of the foler did not fit properly and I had to scotch tape them in so they would fit without sliding out.

They look better online than in person. It maybe due the lighting. I bought this for work. to brighten up the cabinet and to color code filed documents. Hopefully it will hold up for at least one year. I gave it 3 stars normally I wait 30 to 90 days depending upon the product before giving a review. I learned that anytime before that would be too soon.
