The brand I purchased before had a pocket in it for smaller papers which I found very useful. I was disapointed that this one did not.

Box-Bottom hanging files

I believe box-bottom hanging folders are a must-have for every office. I try to use Staples-brand for every office need unfortunately the cardboard inserts for the bottom of these folders are insufficient. The cardboard is not as sturdy as it should be. In all other ways the folder is of good construction.

would probably not purchase again since regular hanging folders are only about $6 verses these that are $32 plus dollars--these use to be alot cheaper (only about $10)...

Great for organizing filing cabinets

These are very large and roomy. I have some of the standard hanging file holders and those are great for files that don't have many papers but for larger files these are great. They hang nice and can fit many papers folders to further organize what is in the file holder etc.

Bought them because of the spring loaded feature which keeps them more firmly in place. The increase in friction holds the file folders quite well.
