Good use of space

Great product definitely helpful when you need space to put a group of folders. You assemble yourself by creasing the folds at the bottom and creating a 2in base. There is a cardboard insert that goes on the bottom. Need to have enough stuff to fill the 2inches otherwise your papers will sink down and curl up.

Not "paperless office" yet...

Try as we may to transition to the "paperless office" many of us have paper files that grow & need to be kept accessible in an organized way. With so many pages to my business's applications & contracts per client I find these Staples Box-Bottom Hanging File Folders with their extra-large 2" capacity indispensable for some of my growing files. The standard ones just don't hold enough so when a particular set of client files grows to an unwieldy size I replace that standard size hanging folder with one of these. They are hard to impossible to find in the large department stores' office supplies departments so Staples is filling a unique need that other stores do not - & they are economically priced. Some day I will purchase a scanner...from Staples but until then... I cannot do without them!

These durable folders are great for all three of our companies' filing needs! They're the perfect size for large files. To sum it up they have greatly simplified filing for us.

The flat bottom hanging folders are space savers and save weight from several smaller folders without the flat bottom. They also allow the manila file folders to rest uniformly on the bottom so the labeled tabs don't get bent as I open and close the drawer. Wish I had gotten these sooner.
